Today I was happy to help the handsome Red stand more square. Now that his shoulders are more free, he is able to bring his front legs more forward, extending his stride. It always makes my day to see a softer top line!!

A question I get a lot, “How do I know if my horse needs bodywork?” Bodywork is Preventative Rehab. It alleviates pain and dysfunction to prevent injury and keeps horses feeling and performing their best! Structural Integration increases range of motion, enhances flexibility and movement. It boosts circulation, while also alleviating stress, reduces cortisol levels and manages conflicting behavior. I rebalance the body left to right, front to back, inside and out. Bringing balance to the tissues reduces risk of injury!

Today I worked on the fabulous Rodney! Sometimes horses just need someone to listen. Lucky for Rodney he has a wonderful owner that thought he could benefit from structural integration. Today we worked on building trust and by the end of the session he was happy to let me do what I needed to help him feel his best!

Today I worked on the wonderful Jewel. We had a lot of big releases in her first session and her stride was much bigger when we were done!

One of my wonderful teachers in school taught me this stretch for the pelvis, and is great for horses that have lower back or hip pain. Im happy I got to do a session on Miley so she feels her best for showing at fair next week!
