This year, I made the decision to step away from booking tourist groups, aside from my long-term travel clients, and put my focus back into our local community.

Summer at the Lake means long hours and hardworking bodies. I wanted The OM Center to be a place where our locals can recover faster, move better, and keep a steady mind through the busiest season.

That vision has blossomed beautifully. 🌿

Healing isn’t always found on the massage table. Sometimes it begins with a blank canvas. 🎨💜

Last week I had the privilege of guiding another intuitive art therapy session, and every time I’m reminded why I offer this experience.

Watching someone arrive believing they’re creating a painting… only to realize they’re uncovering something within themselves… never gets old.

Art has an incredible way of reflecting life.

We all begin with a vision of how we think things should unfold. Then life changes the picture. Plans shift. Unexpected colors appear. What once felt like a mistake becomes part of something even more meaningful.

The beauty isn’t in creating a perfect painting. It’s in discovering that you’re more adaptable, more resilient, and more creative than you imagined.

My goal is never simply to help people relax or create art. It’s to create experiences that invite healing, self-discovery, and a little more trust in the journey.

Every canvas tells a story. Every person leaves with one.
