Three Medicare scams to watch out for during enrollment season:
1. Requests for personal information
2. Caller ID spoofing
3. Offers that seem too good to be true

If someone contacts you claiming to be from Medicare, take a moment to verify before sharing any personal information. Scammers can fake caller IDs, sound convincing and use misleading offers to gain your trust.

A simple habit can help protect you: hang up and contact the organization directly by calling 1-800-MEDICARE to verify information through official channels.

Happy Thanksgiving! All ArchWell Health centers are closed today, and we'll resume seeing members tomorrow.

We will have shortened hours on Friday, November 28, from 8 am to 1 pm. Normal business hours will resume Monday, Dec. 1, from 8 am to 5 pm.
