Having our own Ambulatory Surgery Center right here in Oxford allows us to provide specialized orthopedic care close to home, with a team that is focused on one thing: taking great care of patients. From clinic visits to surgery day to recovery, every part of the process is designed around helping people get back to moving.

I'm incredibly grateful to work alongside outstanding surgeons, nurses, anesthesia providers, therapists, and staff who show up every day committed to doing things the right way.
If you need us, we're here for you. ๐Ÿ’™

Every picture tells part of the story from knees, elbows, shoulders and hips!
From X-rays in the clinic to MRIs before surgery to images we capture during a procedure to post surgery images, getting a closer look helps us understand exactly what's going on and build the best plan possible for each patient.

Imaging doesn't replace listening to patients or performing a thorough exam, it complements it. The goal is to put all the pieces together so we can make informed decisions and help patients get back to moving, working, competing, and living life with confidence again!

Just another day at the office!
Every surgery is different, but the mission is always the same: help patients get back to doing the things they love. Grateful for the opportunity to do this every day alongside an incredible team and for the trust our patients place in us.
There's no place I'd rather be.

Baseball season is still rolling, and we're still working to get athletes back on the field. โšพ๏ธ
This is a recent UCL repair with internal brace augmentation and ulnar nerve transposition.
The surgery is just one piece of the puzzle. The rehab, throwing program, athletic trainers, physical therapists, coaches, and athlete all play a role in getting back to competition safely.
Looking forward to seeing this athlete continue progressing and getting back on the field soon!

A closer look at a mini-open subpectoral onlay biceps tenodesis.

This patient had significant biceps tendinopathy, with the tendon appearing inflamed, nodular, and abnormally thickened - all common sources of persistent shoulder pain. When the biceps tendon becomes this diseased, simply treating the inflammation often isnโ€™t enough.

A biceps tenodesis allows us to remove the problematic portion of the tendon from the equation and secure it in a new location, helping relieve pain while maintaining function.

Itโ€™s always satisfying to see the pathology match the symptoms and be able to address the source of the problem directly. Looking forward to getting this patient back to doing what they love without that nagging shoulder pain.

X marks the spot. โœ๏ธ
Getting ready for a mini-open biceps tenodesis. Before the actual repair begins, we carefully identify landmarks, mark our incision, and plan our approach. It may look simple, but these first steps are an important part of setting the surgery up for success.

ACL reconstruction and Fetty Wap just make sense ๐Ÿ˜…๐ŸŽถ
A little inside-the-knee view mixed with the behind-the-scenes angle of whatโ€™s actually happening during surgery. A lot going on at once, a lot of moving parts, and a whole team working together to get it done right.

Somehow the OR playlist always matches the vibe.

(But if your caption includes โ€œmy knee has been hurting for 6 months and I finally decided to come in,โ€ then this is your sign to quit putting it off and come see us ๐Ÿ˜‚)

Getting a closer look in clinic ๐Ÿ‘€
X-rays are a huge part of helping us understand whatโ€™s going on beneath the surface, but the important part is walking through them together with the patient. We review the images, talk through symptoms, compare findings to the exam, and build a game plan that makes sense for each individual patient.
