How do you start your mornings?
Me:
- glass of room temp lemon water with celtic salt
- ten min of qi gong with
- 2-5 min core
The water is a must every morning! The movement sometimes varies and if I’m not feeling any movement, I sit on a vibration plate with my herbal tea😵💫💞☕️
My tea or coffee comes after my shower. Tea sometimes comes before since it doesn’t haven’t caffeine- allowing your body to avoid caffeine for an hour can help you hydrate and break the addiction.
