🇺🇸 NOVEMBER 2026 VISA BULLETIN: SOME FORWARD MOVEMENT FOR INTERNATIONAL NURSES! 🩺

There is encouraging news for nurses waiting for their American dream: the November Visa Bulletin shows progress in several EB-3 Final Action Dates compared with October.

Here is what changed:

✅ Most African countries and other countries under “All Chargeability Areas Except Those Listed”:
May 15, 2024 ➡️ June 15, 2024
That is ONE MONTH of forward movement!

✅ Mexico:
May 15, 2024 ➡️ June 15, 2024 — also one month forward.

✅ Mainland China:
January 8, 2022 ➡️ January 22, 2022 — two weeks forward.

✅ India:
January 1, 2014 ➡️ January 22, 2014 — three weeks forward.

▪️ Philippines:
Remains at August 15, 2023 — no movement this month.

📌 WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?

If your case falls under the general EB-3 column, your priority date must be EARLIER than June 15, 2024, to fall within November’s Final Action Date.

For example, a June 1, 2024 priority date falls within the cutoff; a June 15, 2024 priority date does not.

Meeting the cutoff does not automatically guarantee an interview or visa issuance. Your case must also meet all processing and eligibility requirements.

5 SAD FACTS ABOUT THE FALL SEASON

1. The leaves lose their chlorophyll and FALL off trees, that’s where we get the name from.
The trees remain bare, just like skeletons. Some leaves become yellow, others orange. My world is now like a coat…of many colors. Winter is nigh. The snow is about to fall

2. The sun rises late and sets too quickly. The night is long and the day is short.
Even a shiny day feels cold. The sun is like a decoration in the sky.

3. This abrupt seasonal change…the long hours of darkness, and the few hours of light leads to depression, the one we call seasonal affective disorder. Oh! We miss you Summer. You have gone too soon😢😢

4. On November 1, the clocks will FALL back one hour. Pray that you will not be on night shift that day because it will be 1:59 AM. You will be hoping to go home soon because it’s almost 2:00 AM, then suddenly from 1:59 AM back to 1:00 AM again. On that you will work 13 hours instead of 12.

5. The birds will run away. They call it migration. Some cross continents-to look for a place, where the weather is good, where there is plenty of food. They won’t come back here until spring…when the snow is over.
