Per client requests, resuming HIIT classes every Monday and Tuesday at 7pm!! Thursdays at 7am!!

Sign up for LIVE HIIT classes NOW!! Classes will also be recorded for you to do at a later time on your own. A shortened version of each class with exercises and instructions with be available for all who sign up as well.

In addition, there are recordings of workouts that can be done at home or at the gym that are accessible to all clients.

If you are having trouble fitting in your workouts or knowing what workouts to do when at the gym/home this is a perfect option for you! There is a lot of valuable content at an affordable price! After having two kids under 2 years old and working full time, I have learned to appreciate these shorter but more effective workouts!!

1-1 virtual or in-person personal training is offered as well for those who prefer workouts not in a group-like setting.
