Since 1968, we are one of New York State's most experienced providers of care for the frail elderly. In May 2008 a new addition to our family, Amber Court of Elizabeth, located in New Jersey, joined our three residences in Westbury, Pelham Gardens, and Brooklyn. Amber Court offers care, comfort and companionship in an affordable, secure, warm and home-like setting. Families and residents welcome a

nd appreciate our unique approach to assisted living. Our Community Representative, along with our professional staff, works directly with residents and their families to assess individual needs and determine how to best address them. Quality of life greatly improves with these features woven into the tapestry of each day. Our Chefs Club at Amber Court of Smithtown has been serving up some serious creativity in the kitchen! 👩‍🍳🥟 Residents recently rolled up their sleeves to make homemade egg rolls from scratch, and the results were such a hit that everyone may have a hard time going back to takeout. The group also celebrated Jamaican Independence with freshly made beef patties, bringing plenty of flavor, culture, and fun into the kitchen. We love seeing our residents come together over great food and even better company! ❤️

The countdown is on! 🎪 Our residents at Amber Court of Smithtown and Amber Court on The Lake are busy getting ready for their big carnival celebrations next week, and one of the most special parts is just how involved they are in bringing the fun to life. From creating and preparing many of the games themselves to adding their own personal touches, our residents make up a huge part of what makes these events so memorable. We can’t wait to see all of their hard work, creativity, and excitement come together for two wonderful afternoons of carnival fun! 🎟️🎈❤️

For more than six years, we’ve been incredibly fortunate to work with Better Together, an organization that began with one woman and a simple idea: bring a little extra comfort and joy into the lives of residents through teddy bears. ❤️ What started small has grown into something truly special, with Better Together providing the teddy bears that have become such a beloved part of our carnivals at Amber Court of Smithtown and Amber Court on The Lake—and now, we’re so happy to share that HarborView Senior Living and Care is joining in as well!

We are deeply grateful for the generosity, kindness, and heart behind this wonderful organization and the women who continue to make these moments possible. Their support has brought countless smiles to our residents over the years, and we feel incredibly lucky to have such a meaningful partnership with a group that truly understands the impact of giving back. 🧸❤️

There’s always something delicious cooking at Amber Court on The Lake and our new Alcove on The Lake memory care community! 🥞❤️ Residents enjoyed a fun “Brunch in the Afternoon” with pancake decorating, while the Alcove started its own Baker’s Lab with tasty waffle cone delights. With plenty of creativity and laughter, everyone got to enjoy the best part of all—sampling their creations together!

Creativity was in full swing at Amber Court of Westbury! 🎨💙 After guitar lessons with Ginger, residents got hands-on learning how to make their own beautiful wire-wrapped sea glass necklaces!

Our residents at HarborView Senior Living and Care have been having a great time staying active with fun physical activities like chair yoga, chair Zumba, and much more! 💪 From moving to the music to stretching and exercising together, these activities are a wonderful way to support wellness while having plenty of fun along the way. We love seeing our residents stay active, encourage one another, and enjoy spending time together as a community! 💙

It was so wonderful to see our Esplanade of Palisades community come together to support local students! 🎒💛 Residents, families, and staff all pitched in for a school supply drive, with donations delivered to the Orangeburg Fire Department for distribution to children in the area. We’re incredibly thankful to everyone who helped make this thoughtful effort possible and gave local students a great start to the school year!

There’s been plenty of creativity and fun happening at the Alcove on The Lake / Amber Court on The Lake! 🌺🎨 Our residents got crafty making colorful decorations for our August luau theme, including some adorable rainbow scratch art. Then they kept the fun going with a karaoke social that quickly turned into a lively dance party! 🎤💃

Amber Court of Westbury had such a special moment as resident Daniel Featherston received a wonderful surprise from the Twilight Wish Foundation! ⚾💛 Daniel was presented with four tickets to a New York Mets game so he could enjoy the experience with his brothers, along with a certificate honoring his uplifting spirit and dedication to others.

We are so thankful to the Twilight Wish Foundation for helping make this wish come true and for creating such a meaningful memory for Daniel and his family. What an incredible way to celebrate someone who brings so much positivity to those around him! 🎉⚾

HarborView Senior Living and Care brought the excitement of the carnival right to their community! Residents enjoyed an afternoon filled with fun games, lively activities, laughter, and plenty of friendly competition. It was a wonderful way to come together, try something different, and make even more happy memories with friends! 🎪🎉
