I know my 40th trip around the sun doesn’t officially start until tomorrow… but I’d say getting power in the new building is a pretty sweet early birthday gift!!!⚡️💝

Is it absolutely impossible to get out of the house for a workout today? 🙋🏼‍♀️

No worries, you’re definitely not the only one experiencing all the things! The important thing
is you don’t let those things make a “skip day, instead you improvise!

Between this weekend’s weather and life doing what life does, sometimes getting to the gym just isn’t happening. That’s exactly why I love workouts that be modified to work at home, like this one! It doesn’t take much space, it doesn’t take a ton of time, and your whole body will absolutely feel it. 🏋🏼‍♂️

Save this one for the next rainy day… or honestly, any day you need to squeeze in a little movement without leaving the house! 💪🏼💃

“I am could never step foot into a gym. I would look ridiculous.”

FRIENDS, I hear a variation of this EXACT THOUGHT, all the time!

The fact is —> None of us came out of the womb with muscles and a gym routine! 😂 Not a single one of us waltzed in one day 1, knowing exactly what to do. We watched, we learn. We asked questions… we occasionally STILL ask ChatGPT to create our workout… with NO shame!

The bigger win here is starting after 30, 35, or 40 takes guts, especially when you already feel behind. Especially when you’ve been last on your “to do” list of who to care for and now you’re picking YOU! Girl, clap for yourself real fast, you’ve already completed the hardest part of this journey! 👏🏼

Whatever you do to start taking care of yourself, promise me you’ll stop acting like needing time to learn makes you weak.

The fact that you are even willing to try means you are already on a whole other level of badass and that’s all anyone sees when you walk into the gym! 💃🫶🏼

As a teenager, you think becoming an adult means people will finally stop judging you, picking you apart, or making you feel different.

Then you become an adult and with every passing year you realize that is not how it works at all. 🥴

No matter what you do, or how perfectly you do it, someone will always have something to say.

So you might as well stop worrying about looking cringe and do it anyway, ESPECIALLY if it makes you happy! 🫶🏼👏🏼
