Betty had 3๏ธโฃ consecutive treatments leading up to this rodeo.
โข Since I already know Bettyโs body and where she needs the most help, the first two treatments consisted of making sure her โproblemโ areas were addressed.
โข After the first treatment, those areas had good readings, but we continued working those areas to ensure they were still set to go.
โขOn day 3 we added in performance enhancing points to give her that extra boost of strength and preparedness for her run.
Overall, this seems to be a magic maintenance and pre-performance regiment for her.
