Our newest Master Trainer at Journey Fitness with 15+ years of experience in Denver. Mallory specializes in weight loss, strength, core, and golf-specific training to help you build real, lasting results.

A University of Wyoming Kinesiology grad, her fitness journey started with her own transformation in college — and now she helps others daily achieve GOALS.

Certifications: NASM (CPT / PES / CES), TRX, CrossFit Level 1.
