You realized you were never “too much” “not enough” or “crazy”. You felt energies and emotions on a deeper level than most. Coming home to yourself can look like saying no to an opportunity that doesn’t feel right, saying no to an event you don’t want to go to, even throwing your hands up and asking for help. There are many ways to take closer steps to your true essence. Allowing yourself to be in the present moment, and forgiving versions of yourself that did exactly what they were meant to at the time. Nobody is perfect, and if they tell you they are, they’re lying. You are not behind, you are right on time. Accept where you are right now, in the moment. Surrender isn’t you giving up, it’s taking your hands off the wheel. You don’t have to control every outcome in every situation. Sometimes the answer is to have no answer. It’s okay to be unsure, and it’s okay to love yourself in those moments.

It seems the universe has a particular message that really needs to be heard. The control you try to incorporate in your life is just pushing away the things that your soul wants to experience. Allow yourself to feel the feelings that you experience today, don’t try to run from them. You’re trying to hold far more than you are supposed to. You don’t have to have your hands in everything. Let go what you feel isn’t a “hell yeah”. Speak out loud what you want from the universe, and if you feel the need to move or rest. Listen to your body, and be gentle with who you are in the moment.

You’re being asked to protect your peace at all costs. That involves saying no when you’re exhausted, setting the boundary, being in solitude to recharge. The over giving is only hindering your growth. You can’t fill others cups with an empty cup yourself. You can’t be the person that is there for everyone when no one is there for you. You are the person that will always be by your own side throughout your life. Be kind to them, love them, cherish them.

You’re being asked to embrace the parts of you that feel exiled, and misunderstood. The parts of you that feel scary to be seen by others. That feel so raw and unfiltered, sometimes they even scare you. You don’t have to be that person anymore, but you do have to acknowledge that is a piece of who you are. The hidden parts of you that feel unlovable can be loved by you, and others. The deeper understanding you have of yourself, the more space you can hold for others around you.
