As stated in its name, Expressive Healing Movement was created to help you on your own personal journey of self-expression, exploration, awareness & creativity through YOGA . DANCE & GYMNASTICS, that in turn will aid YOU in a holistic way; HEART, MIND, BODY & SOUL. This positive energy can then be distributed to everyone else allowing for stronger and more positive relationships to be built based on compassion, peace & happiness, that can impact our whole community. Sharing my knowledge & passion for the arts and physical fitness that is adaptable to ALL, brings me great joy as I can ultimately be part of strong relationships, positive - peaceful minds, healthy bodies & happy souls!
