It is with profound sadness that we report the passing of Chief Bil Rosen. Bil passed away this morning while on duty with Neptune Township EMS.

Bil dedicated his life to serving others with compassion, professionalism, and unwavering commitment. His loss will be deeply felt by his family, friends, coworkers, and the countless lives he touched throughout his career.

Please keep Bil’s loved ones and his colleagues in your thoughts during this incredibly difficult time. May he rest in peace.

Today, Healing Heroes Recovery Center extended a Happy EMS WEEK to Parsippany Troy-Hills IAEP Local 973 between jobs and shared some pizza with them. Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and commitment to our community. Healing Heroes partners with first responders to support those experiencing burnout, trauma, depression, stress, and substance-use dependence.
