Happy Labor Day to my amazing team! Today, I honor each of you for the hard work, dedication, and love you continue to pour into Bori. Building a business takes so much more than one person, and I truly would not have been able to grow Bori to this level without you.

Thank you for showing up, working through the stressful pop ups and events, believing in my vision, and helping me continue to build this dream. I appreciate every single one of you more than you know.

There is nothing small about the work behind a small business. Every plate, every event, every late night, and every early morning comes with sacrifice, passion, and a dream. Happy Labor Day to everyone out here working hard to build something of their own.
Although it would be nice to take today off, as a small business owner, days like today can also help me get one step closer to my goals...so I’ll be working! ❤️
If you’re grabbing a small tray of Pastelón (Piñon) today and would like a small tray of Arroz con Gandules to go with it, I can do that as well. I’m also making Crema de Farina (Cream of Wheat) today!

Next opening will be at bread and butter kitchen for our second pop up.

I am sold out of 10/29 pending only 2 payments
I have 2 tickets left for next Saturday 9/12
And I have 5 tickets left for 9/24..................................
If you want a small size tray of pastelon tomorrow for labor day please let me know. This is a 9 inch tray and it can serve 3 to 4 people. Its $30

Today I have plates for pick up and a few other things. This post will be the thread for updates of what I have left, so if you are interested in purchasing a plate of pollo al horno or any of the frozen items i have left then please leave a comment and I'll reach out to you.
The plates come with baked chicken, arroz con gandules, salad and tostones and they are $17

16 beef Pastelillos $4 each
10 alcapurrias de yuca (sealed together by 2) $8 for 2 alcapurrias
9 sorullos con queso $2.25 each
12 cheese pastelillos $4 each

Please don't be sad about the trailer, we will still be serving you delicious food! Just not on the truck. Maybe it'll be back again in the future. I also have exciting news coming so please don't be sad. There's bigger things in store for us and we're excited about it. I am finally able to take orders for Sunday, its been a busy two days so forgive me. I will have pollo al horno plates that comes with arroz con gandules, salad and tostones. I also have 20 frozen pastelillos left. I won't have green sauce but f you want sauce please let me know and I'll make some fresh on Sunday. Message me with your order and pick up time between 2pm and 7pm Sunday

This Sunday I will be doing orders for the last time before the pop up on the 19th. Next weekend I have a Pasteles class so I will be prepping for that as well. I have 4 tickets left for the pasteles class next Saturday so if your interested please reach out to me. After my 3 pasteles classes I will not be scheduling anymore. I also don't sell Pasteles so this will be your chance to learn how to make them using my recipe and tips and tricks and also take what you make in class back home.
For This Sunday I will only be doing Pollo al Horno plates and giving Pernil a break and allowing those that dont eat pork to order. It will come with arroz con gandules, salad and tostones.
