RAW ENERGY NUT BITES

These bites are so satisfying and tasty. They are the perfect “bridge snack” to get you through any cravings between meals. And they are so easy to make!

1 cup Raw Energy Nut Mix
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup peanut butter
⅓ cup honey
¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse 5-6 times so it’s combined but there are still some nutty chunks. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Store in the fridge for 7 days or in the freezer for 3 months.

Pro Tip: You can use these bites as smoothie bombs! Just toss into your next smoothie for a nutty taste.

Stay tuned for a reel later today to see this recipe come to life!

👆🏻CEO of the .official

One of my favorite titles.

I created the because as a mom and dietitian, having a healthy, balanced dinner on the table was important to me.

But just like you, life is busy and it felt overwhelming to plan, shop, and prepare meals for every. single. night.

I’ve done meal delivery systems before but they can be expensive or have recipes that take 35+ minutes. Prepared meals become tiring after a while and I wanted to use fresh ingredients.

That’s where .official comes in. You get four healthy-ish recipes (that the whole family will love) sent to you every week.

Ingredients overlap between meals so you spend less and waste less. Plus each week comes with options to make meals plant-based, gluten-free, or kid-friendly.

I just love what I’ve created with your help 😍😍

On this day 5 years ago, I became a mom.

Sweet Emma Marie, named after my best friend, came into this world at 5:43 am, 3 weeks early.

I’ll never forget the pure joy, bliss, and exhilaration of becoming a mom and having this soul you loved so much and that love you back unconditionally.

Thank you for choosing us to be your parents, Emma. We love you to the moon 🌙

6 things you can do NOW to help support your kids’ immune systems and keep them feeling good:

1. Aim for them to get 5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day. We love adding fruits (and even veggies like spinach and cauliflower) to smoothies.

2. Make sure they get enough sleep—around 10-12 hours depending on their age.

3. If you’re like our family, there’s some days when we really rock our nutrition game and others that we don’t do so hot, so starting my girls every day with a multivitamin gives me peace of mind.

4. Echinacea has been a new addition we’ve added to our daily routine. The Kids Liquid Echinacea from comes with a dropper and a yummy orange-vanilla flavor so it’s never a battle with kids to take*.

5. Give them fermented foods which contain probiotics. A healthy gut is tied to so many aspects of your health, including seasonal wellness. Yogurt, kefir, or pickled veggie sticks are great options.

6. Vitamin C-rich foods including citrus fruits (orange, kiwi, lemon, grapefruit), bell peppers, strawberries, and tomatoes are important to include in their diets as well.
