With 16 years of experience in senior living, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of what it takes to create an exceptional community. Having progressed through a variety of roles throughout his career, he values teamwork, leads with empathy, and is committed to fostering a positive experience for residents, families, and team members alike.

Most recently, Tim served as Executive Director at Distinctive Living, where he led community operations with a focus on quality care, resident satisfaction, and team development.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time on or near the water. Whether he's relaxing at the beach or out on the boat, he loves making memories outdoors with his wife and their two daughters.

We are excited to welcome Tim to the Brandywine Pennington team and look forward to the leadership, experience, and passion he brings to our community!
