Morella is a boutique senior living community bringing a fresh approach—boutique in scale, refined in character, and rooted in the lifestyle and rhythm of Sonoma County. Designed as a Continuing Care Retirement Community, it supports living well now and for years to come.

Developed by a local family with deep ties to the region, Morella reflects a shared vision for Petaluma: a place that feels connected, more personal, and aligned with the character of the community itself. Set on a carefully planned campus, it will offer inviting outdoor spaces, refined interiors, and opportunities for connection, wellness, and everyday enjoyment.

As Morella continues to take shape, it represents something new for Petaluma—a community where living well comes naturally. Currently under construction and now accepting early reservations; opportunities are limited. Preview center is now open 9 am to 5 pm Monday - Saturday.

Something special is breaking ground in Petaluma.

Join us September 10th from 4:30–6:30pm for a Breaking Ground Celebration as we officially kick off construction on Morella.

Enjoy appetizers, beverages, and community connections, with a ceremonial groundbreaking and ribbon cutting at 5:15pm in partnership with the Petaluma Area Chamber of Commerce.
