The GMH Auxiliary Cancer Survivorship Committee recently hosted its 3rd Annual Lavender Farm Event at Eagleview Lavender Farm, welcoming 35 cancer survivors and their guests for a day of fellowship, learning, and relaxation.

Farm owner Kathy Kimble shared the inspiring story of the farm, along with a presentation on how to grow lavender and its many benefits and uses. Guests enjoyed refreshing lavender lemonade and cookies, received thoughtful gift bags, and had the opportunity to browse the farm's charming gift shop.

Thank you to Kathy and the Eagleview Lavender Farm team for their warm hospitality and for making this annual event so memorable.

Our next Cancer Survivorship event will be held at Cup of Grace Café in Moorefield on Saturday, August 15, at 10:00 a.m. Please remember to RSVP to Amy at the Cancer Center. We look forward to seeing you there!
