Kelly lives in kinship with her community and all those she has the opportunity to work with. In Kelly’s free time you will often find her enjoying life to the fullest, reading, cooking, rock climbing, surfing, spending time in nature, with friends or training Brazilian jiu jitsu. A few other professional hats you will find Kelly wearing are that of a therapeutic and prenatal massage therapist, a yoga instructor and a children’s jiu jitsu coach. Kelly started her career as a massage therapist and has equal drive and passion for this line of work. She is regularly fine tuning her techniques and skills in order to deliver extraordinary service. From 2017 to 2021 she developed a focus in treating chronic upper body pain and cultivating deep restorative relaxation for her clients. Her style is a mixture of Swedish, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and Sports massage. Although Kelly specializes in Prenatal massage, she effectively treats all bodies, all genders and strives to customize sessions based on the individual’s needs. Her spark for maternal and wellness and ultimate choice to become a doula blossomed after she hiked the entirety of The Appalachian Trail in 2019. Over the course of 7 months on foot from Georgia to Maine, she discovered the beauty of human connection, overcoming adversity and navigating circumstance with mental fortitude. She has been a birth and postpartum doula for 4 years and has fallen in love with the process of educating and encouraging families through the four trimesters.
