Held in the quiet energy of the New Moon, this two-hour multidimensional healing experience invites you to lay down what has become heavy, tend to the places within you that may feel tender or depleted, and create space for what is ready to emerge next.

Together, Jen Boulanger and Christina Graziano will weave guided meditation, vibrational medicine, sacred sound, and energy healing frequencies into an immersive experience designed to support you on the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual levels.

Crystal singing bowls and other sacred instruments will create a living soundscape around you as you are guided inward and invited to simply receive. The frequencies, vibrations, and meditation work together to create an environment for deep rest, energetic release, heart healing, and reconnection with your own inner wisdom.

🌟 what happens when you allow yourself to simply close your eyes, receive, and let sound take you on a journey?

Sound Healing is one of my greatest passions because I’ve witnessed just how different that journey can be for every person.

Through Crystal, singing bowls, gongs, drums, flute, chimes, and other sacred instruments, we experience Sound not only through our ears, but as vibration moving through and around the body.

Some people experience, profound relaxation or acquiring of the mind. Others describe emotional release, shifts and physical discomfort, sensations of energy, moving through the body, vivid colors or imagery, intuitive insights, and even experiences that feel like journeys beyond the physical body.

And sometimes… You simply rest 💫

There is no right or wrong way to experience the sound healing. You don’t need to know how to meditate, you don’t need to understand, energy, and you don’t need to make anything happen.

Just come to an event.
Close your eyes.
Receive.

And allow the Sound to take you wherever you need to go.
