It’s common to assume “out-of-network” always means more expensive. But in reality, in-network hospital systems can leave patients with higher out-of-pocket costs than OON care—depending on deductibles, co-insurance, and claim processing.

Understanding how your benefits work helps you make informed choices about where to receive care. OON doesn’t automatically mean “too expensive”—and sometimes it’s the more cost-effective, higher-quality option.

We’re teaming up with to create a space for release, grounding, and restoration through the power of breath. Together, we’ll explore practices that calm the nervous system, reconnect mind + body, and nurture a deeper sense of presence.

In addition to breathwork, we’ll also dive into how the pelvic floor is deeply connected to the nervous system — and how awareness of this relationship can support relaxation, regulation, and resilience.

✅ Resetting and prepping treatment rooms
✅ Assisting PTs with supplies + organization
✅ Greeting patients and keeping the clinic welcoming
✅ Helping with light admin + laundry (our unsung hero!)
