Happy Independence Day 🇺🇸

07/01/2026

The month of July typically brings the hottest weather of the year, but this shouldn't deter you from maintaining a regular exercise routine. When planning outdoor workouts during high temperatures, it's best to opt for early morning or late evening sessions. Consider incorporating water-based workouts, such as my signature water fitness classes. When temperatures and humidity levels are high, indoor workouts are recommended. Prioritize staying cool, maintaining hydration, and familiarize yourself with the symptoms of heat exhaustion.

"You Can't Out-Exercise a Poor Diet": Fuel Your Body. Reach Your Goals.

🏋️‍♀️ Fitness happens in the gym, but results are built in the kitchen.

No matter how hard you train, proper nutrition is essential to reaching your fitness goals. A balanced diet provides the fuel your body needs to perform, recover, build strength, and maintain energy throughout the day.

Think of exercise and nutrition as partners—one without the other limits your progress. Focus on whole foods, lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, and hydration to support your journey.

Remember: You can't out-exercise a poor diet, but when healthy eating and consistent movement work together, amazing things happen.

Nourish your body. Fuel your goals. Become your strongest self. 💪🥗

ATTENTION ‼️
I am incredibly grateful and wonderfully overwhelmed with all the calls, texts, emails, and DM’s asking where and when I’m teaching this summer. Below are links 🔗 to the 2 facilities where I am offering classes, I encourage you to check out the amazing classes offered by the other instructors too❣️
Both of these facilities are well managed, clean, offer plenty of free parking, and most importantly inclusive and welcoming of all students ♥️
