Acupuncture needles, also commonly referred to as pins, are so teeny tiny! The needles we typically use range between .14-.25mm—that’s about the width of a strand of human hair!

Our Tai Chi studio is up and running with weekly classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays! Dr. Barry Silverman offers beginner to advanced classes. On Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays you can find him in the chiropractic treatment rooms. ☯️

Vashni Nilon discovered acupuncture after chemotherapy and surgery. Although technically cancer free at the time, she was exhausted, weak, and in premature menopause. Acupuncture helped her get back to health. Believe it or not, Steve Mavros was her first acupuncturist!⁠
As a practitioner, Vashni pays it forward aiding patients undergoing cancer treatment. She also finds success in treating male and female infertility, stress and anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. Outside of the office, Vashni enjoys staying active via circus!
