Dinner date with my beautiful daughter after she danced her heart out all day! We made our way to our favorite little hidden gem in Bucks County, Thai Chef & Noodle Fusion. Amazing food, cozy vibes… highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Friday night’s sold-out Sonic Journey was truly one of the most beautiful yet.

Nearly three years now, and every gathering reminds me why we come together … for stress relief, trauma release, grief, loss, addiction, tinnitus, bodily pain… and most of all, for peace.

Honored to hold this space for stillness, healing, and revival through sound, vibration and breath. I rarely show photos of attendees to honor privacy, but the sense of community, connection, and collective healing is truly beyond words.

Special thanks to , whose handpan magic always transports us to another realm.

And deep gratitude to for providing such a sacred space where these journeys can unfold.

Thank you all for trusting me to walk this path with you.

Until the next wave …
