June is and starting today, it is ! 🗓️ This is the perfect time to take a step back and reflect on how we can better support mental health and su***de prevention among men.

Reach out to the men in your life and check in on them. Reassure them that it’s okay to have a hard time, that they're never alone, and that help is always available. Let’s look out for each other through both the good times and the hard times. 💙

Unsure if you need help? Mild symptoms may improve with self-care and certain activities, but if you’re experiencing severe symptoms, it’s okay and important to seek professional support. https://buff.ly/RSQdY8J

June is 👨🏽🧠 Did you know that men die by su***de four times more often than women? Men’s health is more than hitting a protein goal; it’s courageous conversations, shared experiences, and knowing that it’s okay not to be okay.

When we talk about health, we often think about annual checkups, exercise, nutrition, and sleep. Mental health deserves that same attention.

This Men's Mental Health Month, we're helping break the silence around mental health challenges and reminding men everywhere that support is available.

Whether you're checking in on yourself, a friend, a father, a son, a brother, or a coworker, one conversation can make a difference.

No one should have to struggle in silence.

💙🤍 Sunday Inspirational Moment 💙🤍

June is recognized as Mental Health Awareness Month, a reminder that strength is not found in carrying every burden alone. True brotherhood means supporting one another, listening without judgment, and extending grace to ourselves and others.

📖 ““casting all your cares upon him; for he careth for you.” ‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭5‬:‭7‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Today, we challenge you to:
✅ Check in on a friend or loved one
✅ Take time to rest and recharge
✅ Seek support when you need it
✅ Prioritize your peace and purpose

Remember: You matter. You are enough. Your mental health matters.

Together, let us continue building stronger communities through the principles of Brotherhood, Scholarship, and Service.
