July Wellbeing Theme: Play 🧩
This month, we’re embracing play as a way to reconnect with joy and care for ourselves. Even in busy or challenging seasons, moments of curiosity, creativity, laughter, and lightness can help us recharge, reconnect, and build resilience.

How we’re thinking about it:
Play isn’t about ignoring life’s challenges. It’s about balancing them with experiences that restore energy, spark creativity, and remind us what it feels like to simply enjoy the moment.

Through our July community workshops, we’ll explore:
* Why joy and play are essential to wellbeing and resilience
* How playful movement can release tension and invite more freedom into the body
* Mindfulness practices that cultivate curiosity, presence, and lightness

Together, we’ll rediscover what brings us joy, challenge the idea that play has to be earned, and practice bringing more fun, creativity, and ease into everyday life.

The first wave of emotion is often the hardest to navigate. When we’re activated, it’s easy to react before we’ve had a chance to process what’s actually happening. A text goes unanswered. A difficult conversation catches us off guard. A stressful situation triggers frustration, anxiety, embarrassment, or anger.

The 90-Second Rule offers a simple reminder: pause before you act.

The idea is that emotions often begin as physical sensations in the body—and that the initial wave passes more quickly than we think. What often keeps us stuck is getting caught in the stories, judgments, and spirals that follow. By taking a moment to notice what’s happening in your body, name the emotion, and allow the feeling to move through, you create space for a more intentional next step.

This isn’t about suppressing emotions or pretending they’re not there. It’s about learning to be with them long enough to respond with clarity instead of impulse.

Swipe through for a simple four-step practice you can return to whenever emotions run high. Save this post for the next time a difficult emotion comes up. Give yourself 90 seconds to pause, notice, and choose what’s next. 💛

Release isn’t about caring less. It’s about letting go of the pressure, expectations, and urgency that no longer serve us—so we can make room for rest, connection, and what matters most.

June Wellbeing Theme: Release 🎈

What would change if we stopped holding onto things that are weighing us down?

This month, we’re exploring what it means to create space—for more ease, clarity, balance, and growth in our lives.

How We’re Thinking About It:
Letting go of what no longer serves us (stress, perfectionism, fear, etc.) to make room for new possibilities.

Not everything is meant to be carried forever. Sometimes growth looks like loosening our grip, releasing pressure, and allowing ourselves to move through life differently.

Throughout June, our community workshops will explore:
• Letting go of perfectionism, pressure, and unhelpful narratives
• Releasing physical tension and stress held in the body
• Exploring what we’re ready to release in order to make space for something new

Release isn’t about avoiding challenges—it’s about making room for what actually supports our wellbeing. ✨

May gave us space to pause, reflect, and express ourselves more authentically 💛

This month, our community explored what it means to listen inward, communicate more openly, and care for ourselves in the midst of everyday life. From moments of clarity to feeling seen and validated, your reflections reminded us why these conversations matter.

And next month, we’re stepping into a new theme: Release 🎈

Letting go of stress, perfectionism, fear, and expectations that no longer serve us—so we can create room for growth, possibility, and ease.

Thank you for being part of this journey with us 🌿

Sometimes self-expression isn’t about confidence.

Sometimes it’s about safety.

We all notice when a space feels welcoming—or when it doesn’t. Over time, those experiences shape how much of ourselves we share, what we hold back, and whether we feel comfortable speaking honestly.

This month’s theme, Express, explores the connection between psychological safety, authenticity, and wellbeing.

Because feeling heard, respected, and valued can change the way we show up entirely.

Swipe through for a few reflections on:
✨ self-expression
✨ authenticity
✨ psychological safety
✨ creating safer spaces for honest connection

May Wellbeing Theme: Express 🗣️

This month, we’re exploring what it means to express—creating space to share thoughts, ideas, and boundaries clearly, honestly, and without performance.

How we’re thinking about it:
Moving beyond filtered communication and surface-level conversations—toward expression that builds trust, clarity, and real connection at work. When people feel safe to speak up, collaboration strengthens, creativity expands, and tension has less room to build.

Through our May community workshops, we’ll explore:
• Practicing clear, intentional communication in everyday interactions
• Using active listening to build respect and reduce reactivity
• Naming needs, expectations, and boundaries early to prevent misalignment
• Modeling direct and thoughtful expression to create safer team dynamics

Together, we’ll move away from silence or over-polishing—and toward expression that feels grounded, honest, and supportive.
