Lots of people love fall, but the darker nights and colder days aren’t for everyone. If you struggle this time of year (or even if you don’t!), incorporating some fall grounding practices can be really beneficial to your mental health.
You can do things like:
🍂 Go for a mindful walk
Stay present and take note of the things around you—the setting sun, the smell of the crisp air, or the crunch of leaves beneath your feet.
🍂 Make a meditative practice out of raking
Raking leaves is a fall necessity, but it doesn’t have to be just another chore. Focus on the repetitiveness of the raking and make it meditative.
🍂 Treat yourself to a cozy moment
Slow down and enjoy a warm cup of tea under a cozy blanket. Fall is the time to turn inward and nurture ourselves.
