The language we use around change matters.
“I’m not the type of person who eats breakfast.”“I’m not the type of person who packs lunch.”“I’m not the type of person who meal preps.”
When you keep reinforcing that identity, your habits usually follow it.
If you’re never willing to become the type of person who does the things that support your goals, it becomes very hard to reach those goals.
