My “teach at home schedule” didn’t go as planned today.

Mia slept in.
We practiced writing.
We had outdoor gym class.

Then lunch which was supposed to be followed by solo quiet time in Mia’s room— that didn’t happen.

Instead the Muppet Babies babysat while Mommy and Daddy had meetings.

Then we played games and had story time with our besties and .

Now snuggles and Cheetos for my little cutie upstairs in mommies room.

With everything that’s happening, I want you guys to give yourself grace. Things won’t go as planned— that’s okay. Things may seem overwhelming and hard— that’s okay. Things may be seeming like they are going to get worst before they get better— that’s okay too.

Because we will get through this.
Because we are strong.
Because we can overcome.

Focus on the positives. Drop one positive thing that happened to you today. Let’s start spreading that💕😘

Let’s talk about 𝘉𝘜𝘙𝘕 𝘖𝘜𝘛...⁣

This time last year, I was unhappy and I was trying to push through it. I felt like I was in an endless cycle of rushing through my life. Work caused me severe anxiety and it wasn’t bringing me joy. And I questioned everything. Like was this how my life was supposed to be. Was this all there was— a few mins of family time each day before starting the rush cycle again the next day?⁣

I was supposed to have work life balance with my job because I had a laptop and could be remote, but I was finding that even on days off, it wasn’t really a day off. And it was draining me— aid isn’t want to get out of bed and even though I was going through the motions of self care, my heart and my mind weren’t in it. ⁣

I knew I needed to find myself but I had no idea how and I was beginning to doubt that a solution even existed. But I also believe the universe provides because I was asked to take part in a 100 workout challenge. And it changed everything for me.⁣

I finally started to snap out of the funk I was in and realized that happiness was something that came from within. I began to focus on the things that I could control and realize each day what I was grateful for. And in the process of completing that challenge, 𝐈 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐲𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧. ⁣

My confidence grew and I knew that o was made for so much more. Fear no longer ruled me and I made some big changes in my life that I’m so grateful that I finally had the courage to make. All because I committed to a 100 workout challenge and I was in the best health if ever been in because I was the happiest I had ever been.⁣

If you can relate to how I was feeling; burned out, stressed, filled with anxiety, wanting more, tired of the never ending rush through life, then my next Bootcamp— 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 is for you. Join me starting March 2nd I’m doing this 100 workout challenge, learn how to fuel your body to reach your goals and work on finding you again. 𝘏𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘧𝘦𝘭𝘵 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘨𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘥? ⁣

Ever since I became a mom it was something I questioned. Like was I really just put here to rush through living? Rush to wake up and workout, rush to get out the door and my kiddo to daycare, rush to get to work, rush to pick kiddo up, rush home, rush to make dinner, two seconds to breathe and play before rushing to bedtime and starting the whole day the same way all over again.⁣

It was the worst feeling. It filled me with anxiety. I felt like I was missing out on so much time. I cried at my desk at work. I longed for something to be passionate about but also something that would get me past the grief I felt everyday not being able to be the mom I wanted to be. ⁣

Don’t get me wrong— I wanted to work and help support my family — it’s just that I needed something that helped me slow time down some. That would allow me to have the freedom to do with my time as I saw fit.⁣

Coaching has been that for me. My saving grace to enjoy my time, to be a present mom, to reduce my anxiety and stress, to still support my family and do something I’m passionate about, and to have extra accountability on my fitness journey. And the bonus is that I get to be apart of an amazing uplifting community.⁣

If you can relate and you are looking for something more out of life, this could be the opportunity for you. Tomorrow my team is hosting an open house. Of you would like to take a peek, drop an 🙋‍♀️ and I’ll get you the link.

Started the new Barre program today and it’s completely outside my comfort zone. I’m more of a lift heavy weights and mix in some cardio kinda girl. I’ve never taken dance classes even though I’ve always wanted to, so this is kinda checking that box for me. Before pics and measurements taken and I’m excited to see where this next 60 days takes me.

And still looking for some more accountability partners to join me on this new adventure. If you’re interested drop a 💃🏽 below.

Ps- for laughs😂🤣😂🤣 Here’s how I think I look doing barre vs what I actually look like doing it!!!😂🤣😂🤣

Today I earned my invite to my 4th vacation for myself and a guest for doing something I love— helping people on their health and fitness journey.

I remember when I first signed up as a coach and I saw my upline coaches going on a cruise where they got to workout and meet the trainers and I had such FOMO. I told myself that I would earn one of those trips one day.

Today is kind of like a full circle moment because the first trip I earned an invite to was back in 2017 to Riviera Maya Mexico. Julian and I hadn’t been able to take any trips for a bit just us because we were new parents. So when I warned the vacation, we were both super excited. Me probably a little more then him at the time because it was validation to me that I was starting to build a business. Taking him with me, he began to see it to and started to see my vision of what it could become for our future.

Fast forward to today and I received an early invite to Riviera Maya next year— meaning I was able to register before many others coaches who will be invited because of not just my accomplishments, but those of the team I am building. ( enter ugly crying here)

I started this biz as a way to hold myself more accountable to my goals and it’s grown so much bigger then I ever expected. I’ve had experiences I never thought possible, traveled more, grown a team of amazing women, taking my hubby on a paid for vacation that I earned from my hard work, and yet I haven’t even begun to scratch the surface of where this opportunity can take me. I’ve got so much more to accomplish and big goals set.

Do you want to take your significant other on a paid for vacation that you earned? There is still time to join me. Comment below if you want the deets on joining my team.

“I’m too busy” and “I don’t have time” are two of the biggest reasons I hear from people as to why they can’t join me in my virtual BOOTCAMP or on my team. But can I let y’all in on a little secret??

Literally EVERYONE is busy and NO ONE has time😂😂😂

But seriously though, everyone has a ton of things on their to-do list that are longer then the hours in the day. We all have family stuff, sick kiddos, busy jobs, school, commutes, a million shows we want to binge on Netflix, etc— insert what ever you want on your list that makes you busy and not have time.

And while we all have different circumstances, the difference maker in people hitting big goals in their health and fitness or starting a side hustle is that they make it a PRIORITY on their list and they are strategic with the time that they do have in a day.

When I worked in Corporate America still, yeah I was busy and had hardly any time. My job consumed lot of my day and I was also a brand new mother, but I still made time to work on my health and build a side business. I got up a little earlier to workout for at least 30 mins and I would do work on my business in small pockets of time. Some of those pockets were only 5 mins. But I used that 5 mins wisely and did activities that moved my business forward.

I saw a post today that said if you are using “I’m busy or I don’t have time,” try saying to yourself instead that “Its just not a priority.” And see how that feels.

But at the end of the day remember that you have control over your own calendar and schedule. So if you’re ready to make your health a priority or want to start a side biz, then hit me up. I’m here for you! 💕

“I am LIMITLESS!”

Today I was struggling so bad to push through my workout. I am in the last week of a super advanced program with four workouts left and I was seriously thinking about giving up because it was so hard.

I knew I needed to be coached, so I voice messaged my girl Amber Seniuk to get some tough love. And she told me exactly what I needed to hear in that moment. “You’ve come too far to just come this far. Go push play and report back to me when your done.”

So I pushed play and I got it done!!! And I feel even better that I didn’t give up on myself. Three more workouts to go and I’ll be finished the hardest workout program I’ve ever done.

I share this though because I want you to know that even as a coach, I still struggle at times, I still need to be coached myself sometimes, I don’t always want to push play, and not every workout is perfect.

But because of this amazing community I’m a apart of, I have people to pick me up when I’m weak, who pep talk me and encourage me and who want to see me succeed and not give up on myself.

Oh and ps— this “I am LIMITLESS” affirmation card— I randomly pulled it from the deck after my workout. So how’s that for the UNIVERSE having my back.
