UPDATE: Hi All, I appreciate the likes and the follows. The majority of my posts to date have been niche advertising for the types of issues I treat and services I provide, so thank you for bearing with it. I have a new approach of providing content that is educational and informative of what it might be like to meet with me for counseling or what counseling with evidence-based therapies is like in general, but I’m also in the process of selling a home and relocating from the midwest to the northeast. More to come soon.

Additionally, I am in the process of partnering with 3 major commercial insurance companies in Pennsylvania, and I’m hoping that the process will be completed by July. This will allow better options for care as a provider to folks with those plans. Unfortunately, I’m not allowed to say which plans yet as per the agreement with contracting.
