Together, we explored sacred ground rich with history, spirit, and timeless beauty. We relaxed into the serenity of the sprawling beautiful villa, allowing ourselves to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what truly matters. Most meaningful of all was witnessing each of you open your hearts—to yourselves, to one another, and to the deeper truths waiting to emerge within.

What unfolded during our time together was far more than a retreat. It was a sacred experience of transformation, connection, laughter, reflection, healing, and remembrance. May this be only the beginning of continued expansion, self-discovery, and soulful living. 🫶🏼

Celebrating World Sound Healing Day with a frequency you can feel 🤍✨

We started the day with a community sound healing encoded with the intention of Love & Compassion and sent a sonic valentine to Mother Earth. 💌

Brenda’s Sound Orchestra is more than a session… it’s a full-body immersion. With 20 crystal singing bowls and 10 additional sacred instruments ~ 30 layers of vibration woven together ~ each experience becomes a living symphony for the nervous system, the heart, and the soul.

From gatherings across the United States to sacred spaces in Peru and Greece — and Italy this coming spring — these healing frequencies continue to ripple around the world. 🌍

This weekend at InLight, our Transforming Your Life with the Energy Codes retreat invited deep presence and embodied awareness.

As Dr. Sue Morter says: “To heal the body, we have to be in the body. To heal the body most powerfully and quickly we have to be in the body in love.”
Together, we anchored in acceptance and transmuted all energy into compassion and love ✨
