Today, our team had the opportunity to attend the Grand Opening of Into Action Recovery and celebrate another organization committed to helping individuals build healthier, more fulfilling lives.

One of the most rewarding parts of this work is connecting with fellow providers, sharing resources, and strengthening relationships that ultimately benefit the people we all serve. Recovery is not a solo journey, and neither is creating the support systems that make recovery possible.

At Safe & Sound Transitional Living, we believe that collaboration—not competition—is what creates lasting impact in our community. We’re grateful for partners like Into Action Recovery who are helping expand access to quality recovery support throughout Arizona.

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated **Female House Manager** to lead our recovery home for women.

**About Us:**
Safe & Sound Transitional Living is a supportive environment where women on their journey to recovery can find the care and stability they need. We provide a safe space for growth, healing, and transformation.

**Role:**
As our House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, providing support and guidance to residents, and ensuring that our home remains a positive, nurturing space. This role is perfect for someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of women in recovery.

**Requirements:**
- Female (due to the nature of the role)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience in recovery, or related fields is a plus
- Compassionate, empathetic, and supportive
