Maat Medicine is a movement back to the right and natural order of things. it's about being in proper alignment with self, cosmos, multiverse, and universe.
because at one point, all is One.
we operate on the basis that life is flowing and running it's natural course, however, disruption has disturbed this natural course. this disruption has caused a split within the psyche of man and woman. no longer operating in unison with the natural forces- life is as we see it today- imbalanced, disordered.
although these contrasting ways have served a purpose, life now, is urging for us all to return, to remember, to recognize, to rise to the occasion, to release distortion, to awaken from the seeming nightmare, to reclaim our space, and our natural state.
remember.
to remember is to shed the weight of the old, so that we be enlivened with the lightness that remains. releasing paradigms of struggle, scarcity, separation and sin- all of which stem from the false idea that we were ever apart from or cast away by the Holy One Source.
further couldn't that be from the truth.
our mission here at Maat Medicine is to support the rise to what the times are calling forth.
the declaration for all is this:
we are no longer to be afraid of shining bright, because indeed, it is our light that will cast away darkness and distortion.
our light informs.
our light awakens.
our light strengthens.
our light shines.
this is an internal process, for external events are secondary.
what does this mean practically?
it means disconnecting from systems of thought and beliefs, that disempower. it means unlearning what was programmed, and starting from a clean slate.
it means working at the level of belief to free the mind, to expand the heart, to relax the body and to set the spirit free enough to fly.
it is to live with Soul. whole and holy.
how do we accomplish this?
through simple, gentle, gradual processes.
we teach to release the mind of its binds.
we empower the heart to feel everything fully.
we support the body in returning to ease.
in supporting the body systems to hold the light of the Soul, the spirit is freed.
Maat Medicine is not just a wellness platform, it's more than that. it's a call to something bigger, more expansive. it's a call to embody purity in humanity. it's a call to remember that you are Divine, and all things flow from that space.
we meditate, we move, we flow, we honor, we witness, we celebrate, we hold space for all of your becoming.
