February often turns love into a checklist — flowers, reservations, proof.
But recently I saw a simple phrase that stopped me:
“The heart knows.”
Not the to-do list.
Not the pressure.
Not the inner critic asking if you’re doing enough.
The heart.
In leadership and life, we default to strategy, urgency, and output. But steadiness doesn’t come from controlling everything around us — it comes from regulating what’s within us.
Heart-led resilience isn’t forced positivity. It’s intentionally activating qualities already available:
• Appreciation
• Compassion
• Gratitude
• Patience
• Kindness
Even a few seconds can shift your nervous system — and your presence.
This month, instead of asking, “Am I doing enough?”
Try asking, “What does my heart know right now?”
The answer is usually quieter — and wiser.
If you’re feeling stretched or disconnected, I’d be honored to support you.
