I used to hide behind a lot of excuses for why I looked and felt the way I did.

I told myself it was because I trained hard. Because I needed more food for performance. Because I was “stressed” But if I’m being honest my body was screaming at me for a long time and I just kept overriding it.

I was training through pain, couldn’t tell you how to activate my deep core or even knew what I was doing, chronically stressed, and trying to force results out of a body that didn’t feel safe or supported.

And what’s wild is I thought fixing my core, hip pain, and pelvic floor would just help my symptoms.

I didn’t realize it would change my relationship with my body completely…

The version of me on the right isn’t just leaner…

She’s CONNECTED. Regulated. Strong. Confident. Showing up for herself. She can do hard things.

Rebuilding my body to support the life and goals I actually wanted.

That’s what I want more women to experience.

A fully healed body isn’t just a body that can tolerate a few exercises.

It’s a body that can say yes to life again. Hard workouts, carrying kids, long days of traveling the world, business stress overload, whatever movement you want, spontaneity — ALL of it.

Life happens in performance too. If the goal is to not be a restricted fragile body, it’s going to take a lot more than a few pelvic floor exercises and a biofeedback machine to get there.

Symptom relief is just the beginning. The real work is rebuilding strength, endurance, confidence, and tolerance under real demand.

There’s something kind of delusional and unapologetic about the way some women hold onto their goals even if life has changed, even if their body feels different right now, even if things got messy for a season… they still just don’t let go of who they know they are.

They’re not negotiating it and not pretending they don’t care anymore. It’s just like “hell ya I’m getting back to that”

Back to feeling strong. Back to training hard. Back to liking how I feel in my body again.

Your hips are tight for a reason and stretching them over and over without addressing the tension underneath usually just keeps you stuck in the same cycle 🔁

This lacrosse ball release is one of my favorite ways to calm down overactive glutes, hips, and pelvic floor muscles when everything feels guarded, compressed, achy, or constantly “on”

Because your pelvic floor doesn’t work alone. It’s connected to your hips. Your glutes. Your core. Your breathing. Your nervous system.

So if your glutes are gripping 24/7, your hips feel locked up, you have tailbone pain, deep pelvic tension, pain with sitting, leaking, pressure, or low back tightness… this is all usually part of the conversation.

The goal isn’t to aggressively smash tissue into submission either guys😂 it’s just to create enough release and awareness that your body finally stops bracing.

Add this to your routine 2-3x a week and note the difference 🔥

Every Mother’s Day we do something special. This year we’re going bigger!

This community has given us so much and after 4 years and over 1,000 women helped we’re giving back in a bigger way!

We’re opening applications for the Three Sixty $20,000 Pelvic Floor Coaching Scholarship.

What we’re giving away:
— 1 full 6-month coaching scholarship
— Limited partial scholarships for additional applicants

This is for the mom who runs the household, leads the meeting, packs the lunches AND wants to prioritize herself this summer.
