April wrap up........ 🫣😬
Welp. Ya girl been in a reading slump for like 2 months. Getting through our bookclub BOTM and pieces of others I still haven't finished.
But between buying a house.
Jayson being gone.
I'm doing theeee mostttt!
And binge reading the Delgato/Inferno/Caselli universe in Feb by probably didn't help 🥴

But let's normalize leaning into slumps when they happen. Cause every month won't be a 10 book month. Every month won't be a 5 star read.

Sometimes you just gotta reset!
Sometimes you just gotta enjoy stillness.

But I'm back baby, cause my TBR looking at me crazy. The bookclub girlies done flat left me 197294 times and I'm BEHINDDDD.

📚The Lit Twis't was inspired by the many trips and childhood memories that I have had at .
🙋🏽‍♀️Diagnosed with ADHD at 33, so constantly learning more about my neurodivergence.
💅🏽I have a deep sense of who I am, even as I continue to expand and evolve.
🙅🏽‍♀️Not easily impressed, not easily flustered, not easily mad, but don't PMO.

I am on a journey to share more of my rants, thoughts, challenges- even though I stay making the internet mad. And then stand on what I said - cause I SAID WHAT I SAID. But in all seriousness- I'm just here living, raising kids, evolving with my life partner and having fun doing it!

Sisterhood is a huge part of who I am, and I'm deeply grateful for the beautiful women around me that see me, love on me and show up for me.

but keeping nourishment + harmony as the intention.
life is stretching me in the most unexpected, uncomfortable, beautiful + most expansive way.
when you silence the world, your inner voice is loud + clear.

....I finally held intentional space for my grief.
grieving things ending, shifting + changing.

confirmation of things I knew to be true but didn't have the courage to explore.

and now I'm in space of reimagining in the most beautiful way.

one thing I've never struggled with was being who I am - but in that I have struggled with the belief of my uniqueness and my gift to the world.
like who am I to do what I do?
do I know enough?
are my ideas good?
does the world need what I am so deeply passionate about?

--- crazy to think that something I'm so certain about I also struggled with feeling deserving enough to share.

but this is exactly why I do this work, why I share the hardest parts of my journey because this is part of my process. And the fear + doubt is not here to discourage me. It's the space to recommit to being who I say I am and doing what I say imma do.

this was on my heart to share today, I'm going to do more of just sharing for the purpose of reminding whoever may relate- that it's ok- and to keep inching forward. Keep leading with ya heart, it will never steer you wrong.

even as I navigate this grief + period of reimagining I know that i will still have those seconds of doubt, but I know who I am + what I do is needed- so imma keep doing the work on me so I can keep showing up for you!

it's a celebration for women 365 over here, but today we celebrate extra.
I've birthed this platform as a space for women to be seen, heard and held. A place to be who you are, without judgment. A place to heal, in community.
And I'm deeply grateful for this community because you have allowed me to show up as I am, as I can.
may we continue to show up as we are.
love on ourselves as much as we can.
continue to build deeply nourishing relationships.

I am so many things but a quick synopsis of who i am. what i do. what to you'll find here.

✨i stopped offering one on one packages/ it was time to pivot.
✨HOS community grew thru soul-ed out brunches, hikes, signature offerings.
✨Soul-ed out {5x} SoulFood Retreat Curaçao
✨I became a certified astrologer + have completed over 40 readings.
✨got clear on my brand messaging + strategy w // this year was getting clear 2023 it's UPPPPP.
✨launched HOS membership where we 🤗
✨increased my impact while working within my capacity/ no burnout over hereeeee. But still making major impact 💅🏽

🌺im changing the way healing looks by curating spaces + experiences where deep healing is happening but in a playful + joyous way/ because you can do both 🤗

new moons generally are a time for new new. a time to set new intentions + clarify your goals. it's a good time to celebrate all you've accomplished since the last new moon, you know it's always a time to celebrate on these parts.

now let's sprinkle in the energy of Libra.
