Congratulations to Hillcrest Emergency Department for your Pathway to Excellence designation. Hardwork and dedication pays off!

Congratulations to the nurses and team at Prisma Health Hillcrest Hospital on earning a second Pathway to Excellence® designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center!

This prestigious four-year designation recognizes healthcare organizations that create healthy, positive work environments where nurses are empowered, supported in their professional growth and equipped to provide high-quality patient care.

Hillcrest’s achievement reflects a commitment to six key areas: shared decision-making, leadership, safety, quality, well-being and professional development.

Congratulations to the entire Hillcrest team on this well-deserved recognition and thank you for creating an environment where nurses can thrive and patients can receive exceptional care.
