The HP Foundation is honored to welcome
**Mason Sawyer of 10ninety Rule** as the featured guest speaker for its Annual Mourning Charity Brunch on Saturday, September 19, 2026, in Phoenix, Arizona.

This year’s event centers around a question that is rarely discussed:

“What Happens After the Funeral?”

When everyone goes home and the funeral is over, a grieving parent is still left to wake up the next morning and face a life that has forever changed. The grief remains. The financial challenges remain. And the need for support continues.

Mason Sawyer joins The HP Foundation because this conversation matters. His voice and perspective will help bring greater awareness to the realities families face beyond the funeral — and why supporting bereaved parents must extend beyond the day of loss.

The Mourning Charity Brunch will provide a space for real conversations, remembrance, connection, resources, and hope, while shining a light on the work The HP Foundation is doing to help families through one of life's most devastating experiences.

Some of life's darkest moments can leave us feeling lost, broken, and alone. The loss of a child is a journey no parent should ever have to walk, yet so many families find themselves facing that unimaginable reality.

🌧️ Grief is such a strange journey. As the anniversary of my son's passing approaches each year, I find myself feeling a bit withdrawn and less talkative. It's like a cloud settles over me, reminding me of the love and loss intertwined in my heart.
