BP Pilates, Phoenix, AZ (2026)

09/25/2026

BP Pilates was never meant to be just about Pilates.

I want to be intentional with this business and with every person who walks through my doors. One of the deepest purposes I carry in life is simple: 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗜 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺.♥︎

Stronger. More confident. More connected. More encouraged. ✨

I truly believe God placed this dream in my heart years ago, long before I knew exactly what it would become. And as BP Pilates continues to grow, my prayer is that I never lose sight of the heart behind it.

To serve. To help. To encourage. To make a difference, even if it’s a small one.

I’ll keep doing my part, trusting God to give me the wisdom, direction, and opportunities to grow this dream while walking beside Him every step of the way. 🙏🏼🤍

💛 SEPTEMBER | SU***DE PREVENTION & AWARENESS MONTH 💛

This one is personal for me.

I have never lost a family member to su***de, and I would never pretend to understand the pain of those who have. But mental health has been part of my family’s story—and part of my own.

I may not share every detail of that journey, but it has given me a deeper compassion for the struggles we often cannot see.

Mental illness doesn’t always look the way we expect. Sometimes the person struggling is still working, laughing, caring for everyone else, and smiling in pictures.

Through BP Pilates, I’m reminded of this often. Women walk into my studio carrying motherhood, stress, responsibilities, anxiety, grief, life changes—and sometimes things they never speak about.

Pilates may bring us together, but what happens inside those four walls often goes beyond movement. We move, breathe, talk, laugh, and sometimes simply take 45 minutes to put everything else down.

That connection matters to me. 🤍

Movement can support our mental well-being, but it is never a replacement for professional help when it’s needed.

This September, please check on your people—especially the strong ones who always seem “fine.”

And if you are struggling, asking for help is not weakness.

You matter.
Your life matters.
Your story is not finished. 💛

With love,
Briz 🤍 | BP Pilates

𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗛𝗧 𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗢-𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗟𝗘.

Perimenopause is a major hormonal transition. As estrogen and progesterone fluctuate and decline, changes in muscle, bone density, body composition, sleep, mood and energy can follow.

You’re not imagining it.

But we can train for this chapter. ッ

♥︎ PROTECT YOUR MUSCLE ♥︎

Progressive resistance training becomes increasingly important during and after menopause. Reformer Pilates supports strength, mobility, balance, coordination and body awareness—while traditional strength training helps us progressively challenge our muscles with heavier loads.

Pilates + weights = a powerful combination.

♥︎ SUPPORT YOUR BONES ♥︎

Declining estrogen can accelerate bone loss. Resistance training, weight-bearing movement, walking and appropriate impact all support bone health.

Pilates is valuable—but it shouldn’t be the only movement we do for strong bones.

♥︎ TRAIN WITH YOUR BODY ♥︎

Sleep disruption, hot flashes and changing energy can affect recovery. Your workouts don’t need to destroy you to be effective.

Some days you lift.
Some days you move gently.
Some days you reconnect on the Reformer.

Consistency matters more than punishment.

Lift weights.
Do Pilates.
Walk.
Eat enough protein.
Prioritize recovery.
Keep moving.

Perimenopause and menopause aren’t the end of your strong years.

♥︎ Train to become stronger—not smaller. ♥︎

“A man is as young as his spinal column.” — Joseph Pilates

And more than 100 years later, this message still hits.

A strong, mobile spine affects so much more than posture. It supports the way we bend, rotate, lift, walk, train, work—and ultimately, how freely we move through life.

And gentlemen… Pilates is for you too. 💪🏼

Joseph Pilates originally developed his method with strength, control, mobility, and resilience at its core. Pilates can help men:

• Build deep core strength
• Improve spinal mobility and posture
• Increase flexibility without sacrificing strength
• Develop better balance and body awareness
• Support athletic performance
• Reduce stiffness from lifting, sitting, or repetitive movement
• Build strength with control—not just force

You can have strong muscles and still lack mobility. You can lift heavy and still have a weak deep core. Real strength is being able to control your body through its full range of motion.

Your spine was designed to move.

Keep it strong. Keep it mobile. Keep moving for life. 🤍

Your body doesn’t need punishment to get stronger. It needs smart habits, repeated consistently. 💪🏼

And especially as we move through our 30s, 40s and beyond, training isn’t just about how our body looks—it’s about protecting what our body can DO.

7 habits worth keeping:

🏋🏻‍♀️ Strength train — preserve muscle, bone strength & function.
🥚 Prioritize protein — give your muscles what they need to repair and grow.
🚶🏻‍♀️ Walk daily — support your heart, joints & circulation.
🧘🏻‍♀️ Train mobility — strength is better when you can move through it.
🌙 Protect your sleep — recovery is part of your training.
🎯 Train your core — support your spine, posture & balance.
🤍 Choose consistency — sustainable movement beats occasional extremes.

We’re not just training for today. We’re training for the life we want to keep living.

Move your body every day—not because you have to, but because you get to. 🤍

A walk, Pilates, stretching, dancing… it all counts. Daily movement keeps you strong, mobile, energized, and connected to your body.

Move today for the body you want tomorrow. ✨

Strength train consistently 🏋🏻‍♀️
Adults naturally lose muscle with age, and resistance training is one of the best tools we have to fight that decline. Building muscle also supports bone health, joint function, metabolism and your ability to stay independent as you get older.

Walk every day 🚶🏻‍♀️
Walking may seem simple, but simple doesn’t mean ineffective. Regular walking supports cardiovascular health, circulation, joint mobility and overall physical activity—and it’s one of the easiest forms of movement to stay consistent with.

Train mobility, not just muscles 🧘🏻‍♀️
Being strong is incredible. Being strong AND able to move well is even better. Mobility work, Pilates and stretching help maintain range of motion, balance, coordination and control so the strength you build actually serves you in everyday life.

Protect your sleep 🌙
Your workout is the stimulus. Recovery is where adaptation happens. Quality sleep supports muscle recovery, energy, hormonal regulation and physical performa
