I am a Buena Vista success story. After 10 years of detoxes, rehabs, sober livings, and psych hospitals … this time finally worked.

Someone over at BV scholar shipped me. They didn’t take the type of AHCCCS that I had. Their detox did but their residential treatment center did not.

The Universe was looking out for me.

I got sent to Unhooked and then back to Buena Vista. It was terrifying because I had been through it so many times already.

I did a week in detox. 30 days in treatment. And left feeling confident that I would actually fully heal. And I did.

It’s a beautiful facility. The staff was cool. My room was beautiful. The food was delicious.

Their outpatient services were awesome too. Shout out Drew and Annie

They offer 12-Step Recovery and also Cognitive Behavior Therapy / Dialectical Behavior Therapy … And of course all of the clinical educarion that I personally enjoy. All modalities of treatment that I am well-versed in. As a person in long-term recovery and as an aspiring LCSW.

I will never forget you guys over there. I made it my last inpatient treatment stay. Thank you so much.
