💫Come celebrate the winter solstice with me! 💫

The flow of the event will start with somatic release led by from 3-4. A sound bath from yours truly follows from 4-5. Afterwards we will share cacao to open the heart and have some community connection. There will also be a variety of plant microdosing options available to you at your own discretion!
