Begin Again 🌿

Sedona · January 15–18 · MLK Weekend

This is a slow, intentional weekend, a chance to set down what you’ve been carrying and step into the year as a new version of yourself, alongside people doing the same!

✨ The link to book is live in my bio ✨

Half the spots are already gone. If you’ve been waiting for a sign, this is it. Don’t wait until it’s full to wish you’d said yes.

Arrive empty-handed. Leave gently. 🤍

Begin Again started as a line in my journal 📝

I’d written down so many mantras while dreaming up this retreat, but this one kept finding its way back to me. Because life isn’t one fresh start. It’s a thousand small ones. We keep meeting ourselves, over and over.

For me, beginning again looks like trusting myself when something is new. Forgiving the versions of me I’ve outgrown. Loosening my grip on what doesn’t serve me. Catching myself when I’m too hard on myself, and choosing softness instead.

That’s what I want to hold space for in Sedona. A place to be honest about who you are, explore who you’re becoming, and connect with people doing the same. Yoga, stillness, real conversation, and room to breathe.

Come begin again with me 🤍

Dancing in the rain ☔️

While I was practicing yesterday the rain would come and go. I found myself wanting the rain to come and then when it did, I didn’t want to get too wet. I couldn’t win, was the rain a good thing or a bad thing? As I’m contemplating this while practicing I noticed where my mind was. It was attached things I cannot control
So I spent the rest of my time on my mat practicing aparigraha. The idea of non-attachment, non-grasping, non-possessiveness. The rain wasn’t mine to try to control or wish upon, it was mine to experience.

I’ve started over more times than I’d like to admit. If you know me, you know I love the word pivot.

The deeper I’ve gotten to know myself, the more versions of me I keep meeting. Staying tuned in to what you actually want is an art — you have to keep listening, and you have to get comfortable with change. It’s the one thing you can count on. So why fight it? You can choose to begin again. And again. And again.

Aparigraha means not gripping. I used to think it was about things. It’s about the version of yourself you’re refusing to put down. You can’t step into who’s next while you’re still holding on to the habits, the mindset, whatever it is you already know is in the way.

That’s why I’m hosting this retreat — a safe place for anyone ready to give themselves some grace and try again. Good company, healthy food, red rock walks, mornings on the mat, and afternoons that belong to you.

What I want you to leave with isn’t a stretch goal or a cleanse or a new personality. I want you to drive home knowing you’re allowed to begin again — on a Tuesday, for no reason, without having earned it.

That’s it. That’s the retreat.

Gaining strength the more I flow! ❤️‍🔥
As you warm up your body you can begin to go deeper into your poses. Instead of jamming your body into poses, let your breath take you there with time. In the beginning of a yoga class I’m less strong/ flexible than once I’m warmed up a bit. Give your body grace and time 🫶🏻🤸‍♀️
