Living with Multiple Sclerosis often comes with unexpected expenses that can quickly become overwhelming. That's why AZ Crush MS provides financial assistance grants of up to $500 to help qualified individuals ease everyday burdens and focus on what truly matters, their health and well-being.

For one woman living with Multiple Sclerosis, that was becoming a heartbreaking reality. She received a final notice stating her electricity would be disconnected because she couldn't afford to pay her bill. In Arizona's extreme summer heat, losing power wasn't just inconvenient, it posed a serious risk to her health and safety.

They're helping provide financial assistance to people living with Multiple Sclerosis right here in our community.

Living with MS often comes with unexpected expenses, from transportation and medical-related costs to household needs and everyday financial pressures.

Our grant program helps ease some of that burden by providing qualified applicants with up to $500 in financial assistance.
It's not just about dollars.

It's about reducing stress, restoring hope, and reminding people they're not facing MS alone.
