There’s nothing better than a day spent exploring nature with great friends! 🌿🐢🐸

Our residents had a wonderful adventure at Bear Branch Nature Center, where they got up close with snakes, turtles, and a variety of fascinating frogs. After exploring the exhibits, we enjoyed a beautiful afternoon outdoors with lunch, laughter, and great company.

Days like these remind us that every adventure brings new memories and plenty of smiles! 💚☀️

🌞🚜 We enjoyed a wonderful day at the Carroll County Farm Museum! We started our adventure with a relaxing picnic lunch, sharing great food, conversation, and laughter together. Afterward, we explored the museum, visited the friendly farm animals, and stepped back in time as we toured a farmhouse from the 1800s. It was a day filled with learning, fresh air, and making lasting memories together. 🐐🌾❤️

🎡 What a fantastic day at our Carnival! 🎉

Our residents enjoyed an afternoon full of fun, laughter, and great company. From exciting carnival games to delicious burgers, hot dogs, and refreshing snowballs, there was something for everyone to enjoy. A talented live singer kept the music going and had everyone smiling, singing along, and making wonderful memories together.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this carnival such a special day. We can’t wait for the next celebration! ❤️🌭🍔🎶❄️

Our residents had a wonderful time during our outing to Sake Japanese Steakhouse! 🍱🥢

To Our Woodholme family and friends:

With the current high heat index, we are taking extra precautions to help keep our residents safe and comfortable.
Our team is monitoring indoor temperatures throughout the building
Keeping air conditioning running and common areas cool
Encourage residents to stay indoors during the hottest parts of the day
Promoting adequate hydration by offering water and other preferred beverages frequently
Watching for signs of heal related illnesses

If you are planning to visit your loved one, please help us by: keeping windows closed while the air conditioning is running
Dress your loved one in lightweight, loose fitting clothing
Encourage them to drink fluids unless otherwise directed by their healthcare provider
Limit outdoor visits during peak afternoon heat whenever possible.
