On February 22, we are hosting our Community Wellness Clinic at Three Pillars in Pinckney, offered through the ROW Foundation.

This clinic was created to give our local community a calm, welcoming place to pause, receive supportive care, and leave feeling more settled and supported in the body.

We are offering 60 minute visits in a concierge wellness style, meaning we listen first and tailor support to what you need that day. You may choose to schedule an appointment in advance, or feel free to walk in during clinic hours.

This is a donation based, pay what you can offering. There is no set fee. Financial contribution is welcome but never required.

Wellness services may include supportive bodywork, stress relief care, posture and movement support, red light sessions, sound therapy, scalp and foot treatments, and other calming modalities based on practitioner availability.

Following your visit, you may receive a brief after visit summary with optional guidance for continued care.

This clinic is currently intended for residents of Gregory, Pinckney, Hell, and Hamburg as we begin building local access.

I wanted to share a quick update on my current massage schedule at Three Pillars Wellness Collective.

I am now offering regular appointments on
Mondays and Tuesdays,
with limited weekend availability as well.

If you’ve been needing support for tension, stress, or just some time to let your body truly relax, these sessions are thoughtfully paced and focused on what your body needs most.

We wanted to share that the Pinckney Three Pillars Collective will be in house and offering appointments all day on Monday, January 19th, Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

If you have the day off and have been meaning to slow down, tend to your body, or reset your nervous system, we would be honored to care for you. This is a beautiful opportunity to use the day for rest, restoration, and intentional support.

Appointments are available throughout the day, and our practitioners will be on site offering massage, sound based nervous system support, breathwork, and restorative body based care.

Whether you are honoring the day quietly or simply grateful for a pause in your schedule, we welcome you just as you are.

We are booking appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and select weekends.

Each Thursday at 5:00 pm is reserved for a Concierge Wellness Visit.
This appointment is intentionally limited and scheduled by phone or text only.
