Most Falls Are Preventable!

Quick question: When was the last time you thought about your balance? If the answer is "never," you're not alone. Most of us don't think about it until a trip or a slip changes everything. Here's what might surprise you: one in three adults over 65 falls every year, yet research from over 100 studies shows most falls are preventable. This month's video breaks down the proven approach that cuts fall risk by more than a third. For you or someone you love, click here to watch now.

Please join us at Hess Physical Therapy for a Puzzle Drive in loving memory of Jodi, our beloved coworker, friend, and supporter of others.
How can you help?
Donate a new, unopened puzzle to any Hess Physical Therapy office

The collection of puzzles is dedicated to the memory of our dear friend and coworker, Jodi. Her kindness, generosity, and beautiful spirit touched the lives of so many.

Jodi was the first smiling face you saw when walking into our Burgettstown office. She was always ready to lend a helping hand and was constantly coming up with new and exciting ideas to keep the fun going in the office. Her love for her family, dogs—and especially her daughter—was immeasurable
In Jodi’s honor, we will be donating the collected puzzles to The City Mission, a faith- based homeless shelter dedicated to providing hope, healing, and support to individuals in need throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania and beyond.
We hope these puzzles bring moments of comfort, connection, enjoyment, and strength to those who use them. May this small gift reflect the warmth and care that Jodi shared so freely with others throughout her life. Her memory continues to inspire us.
One piece at a time, we can carry her kindness forward. ❤️

09/22/2026

Balance disorders can be rather frustrating and disruptive to everyday life, and for some people, they lead to substantial financial costs over time as well.
