Let me let you in on a little secret 🤫

The right way for you to strengthen your body isn't the right way for anyone else.

When you were 20 you could grab any workout program, run with it and get results.

But after 40 your body has an accident history the size of a 2000 Corolla's Carfax report in 2026.

Your body is unique and so are the solutions it needs to keep running at peak efficiency.

Movement is your medicine, and it's adaptable.

But nobody can adjust the dose without reading the chart first.

That's what a movement analysis is. Someone actually watching how your body moves — what's tight, what's guarding, what's been quietly compensating for that thing you did in 2011 and forgot about.

Then the program gets built around what we find. Not around what worked for somebody else's body.

Same effort. Completely different results.

Comment MOVE and I'll send you a voucher for a free comprehensive movement analysis (normally $50) at Inner Strength.

The best ballplayers are athletes first.

Kids who only specialize plateau — kids who learn to jump, run, and throw become better and healthier ballplayers.

▶️ Watch why we build athletes, not just ballplayers.

Is your kid a one-sport athlete?

Let's talk in the comments. 👇

"9 Year Olds Shouldn't Lift Weights!!" NOT SO FAST!!!

With the right progressions strength training isn't dangerous for young athletes; bad coaching is.

Done right, little athletes get strong safely and move better for life.

▶️ Watch what age-appropriate strength really looks like.

What were you told about kids and lifting?

Want a healthy, durable throwing arm?

It starts between the shoulder blades. 🎯 Strong, stable scap control = more velo now and fewer arm problems later — and most youth programs skip it entirely.

▶️ See how we build between the blades.

Tag a parent whose kid pitches.

Every throw, every swing, every sprint happens on ONE leg.

If your athlete can't control single-leg positions, they're leaking power and inviting injury — it's the most underrated skill in youth sports.

▶️ Watch the single-leg drill every ballplayer needs.

Over-coaching is quietly wrecking your kid's development.

Kids don't need 10 cues — they need one, mastered, then the next. We keep it simple and progress each athlete individually.

▶️ Watch how "bite-sized" coaching actually sticks.

Ever seen your kid freeze from too many instructions? 🙋

Want to know where throwing velocity actually comes from? 💡

Not the arm. The LEGS and the HIPS. Force starts in the ground, travels up the chain, and exits through the ball.

That's why kids who only play more games plateau — and kids who build lower-body strength and power in the offseason come back throwing harder, running faster, and hitting farther.

That's the entire point of Add Velo: strength → speed → power → game.

Unlock speed immediatley. Real speed shows up when the lower half drives the upper (and the upper feeds the lower).

When kids learn to sync, everything gets faster.

▶️ Watch how fast syncing upper/lower unlocks your athlete.

'My kid has never lifted a weight.' Perfect.

"The #1 thing parents tell us before Add Velo: 'my kid has zero weight room experience.'

Perfect. That's exactly who this is built for. 💪

We teach the basics step-by-step — bodyweight first, then bands and free weights — so every athlete leaves confident, not intimidated. The kids who start from zero are usually the ones who surprise everyone.

No experience needed. Just a 9–13 year old who loves the game.

Does your athlete need more power?

At Add Velo, our core principle #1 is to teach our athletes to develop ground force.

It's simply the most important lesson they can learn.

When young ballplayers understand how to create ground force, they throw harder, run faster and hit for more power.

It's everything a young player needs to improve their whole game.

Box Jumps are a very basic way to teach this ground force transfer.

Teach them to absorb momentum in their legs and transfer through the ground to jump.

You could have them broad jump instead of box jump too if you dont have a box.

Regardless it's the first step to building more power.

Add Velo is Aug 24, 26, 27 at 5:30PM at Inner Strength Personal Training.

It's Free for ballplayers 9-13.

We still have a few spots remaining.
