Today’s comfort food: Dosa

If you’ve never had dosa before — think of it as a thin, crispy Indian crepe made from fermented rice and lentils. Naturally gluten-free, comforting, and so delicious.

One of the things I love most about dosa is how simple and nourishing it can be. Traditional dosa, millet dosa, moong dal dosa — so many beautiful ways to enjoy it.

Tell me — have you ever tried dosa?

Plain, masala, crispy, soft… what’s your favorite?

May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💛

If you’re new to essential oils, please know — you don’t need 20 oils or a complicated routine.

Sometimes support looks very simple.

On stressful days, I might put Balance on my wrists or diffuse Lavender in the evening. When life feels overwhelming, even taking one deep breath with an oil you love can feel grounding.

Essential oils are not magic or a replacement for support, but they can be a beautiful tool to help create small moments of calm in your day.

If you use oils, tell me — what’s the one oil you reach for when you need a little support?

Happy Mother’s Day

Today, I want to honor not just mothers, but everyone who cares for others with love.

To me, mother is a feeling. An essence. Not a gender.

To the mothers, grandmothers, caregivers, fathers doing both roles, teachers, healers, friends, nurses, pet parents, and anyone quietly holding space for others — thank you.

The world feels softer because of your care.

Today, we celebrate you.

With love,
PPuja Agarwal

Mother’s Day doesn’t always have to be a fancy brunch.

Sometimes it looks like slowing down, making something nourishing, and enjoying a quiet moment together.

This fresh coconut milk chia pudding is one of my favorite simple treats — creamy, naturally sweet, and easy to prep the night before.

Would you try this for Mother’s Day morning?

🎓 To the Class of 2026 — congratulations on this beautiful milestone.

Whether you’re graduating from high school or college, this is such a special season of change, growth, and new beginnings.

Wishing you a future filled with purpose, peace, good health, meaningful friendships, and opportunities that truly align with you.

As life gets busier with college, careers, moving, internships, and adulting… I hope you also remember to slow down, breathe, and take care of yourself along the way.

Sometimes the most meaningful gifts are the ones that bring comfort, calm, and support during transitions. I’ve been loving the idea of simple wellness gifts lately — calming essential oil rollers, journals, relaxation boxes, meditation tools, and grounding self-care rituals.

Congratulations again to every graduate stepping into a new chapter.

Dallas weather has been all over the place lately.
Cold in the morning. Warm by afternoon. Windy the next day.

These are the days I slow down and lean into healing teas. Simple herbs that help the body feel supported, nourished, and grounded.

Some of my favorite teas lately:

Lemon Balm Tea
Gentle and calming. Beautiful for stress, overwhelm, and slowing the mind down.

Nettle Tea
Mineral-rich and nourishing. I love it during seasonal changes when the body feels depleted.

Ginger Turmeric Tea
Warming and comforting, especially on colder days. One of my favorite teas for grounding.

Rose Tea
Soft, calming, and heart-opening. Feels like a little self-care ritual in a cup.

Peppermint Tea
Fresh and soothing after meals or whenever digestion feels heavy.

I’ve also really been enjoying a few organic blends from Mountain Rose Herbs lately:

Happy Tummy Tea
and
Blossom of Health Tea

Both are simple, beautiful blends I keep reaching for these days.

Sometimes wellness is not complicated.
Sometimes it’s just making tea, sitting quietly for 10 minutes, and letting the body rest.

Comment TEA and I’ll send you the teas I personally buy and enjoy from Mountain Rose Herbs. 🍵

We’re already four months into the year…
maybe this is your moment to pause, reset, and heal 💛

Sometimes, you just need space to slow down and receive.

If you’ve been thinking of a meaningful gift — for yourself or someone you care about — this could be it.

You’re invited to a 90-minute Healing Circle

Why my food tastes different

In my kitchen, I always make my own spice powders.

I roast and grind spices fresh — coriander, cumin, fennel, and a simple garam masala blend.

The moment they hit the pan, the whole kitchen changes. Warm, earthy, alive.

And when I cook with it… you can taste the difference.
Deeper flavor. Better balance. Even simple meals feel elevated.

Store-bought powders just don’t hit the same. They sit for months, and the aroma fades.

Whole spices hold everything inside — and the moment you grind them, it all opens up.

For me, it’s also that small pause before cooking. Slowing down. Being present.

Simple habit. Big difference.

I usually get my spices from Mountain Rose Herbs you want to explore Link in the bio

Comment YES if you grind your spices fresh, or NO if you mostly use store-bought — I’m curious.
