GREAT NEWS! We are pleased to announce that Amy McKee joined Silver Linings' Board of Directors at the beginning of this year. Please help us welcome Amy to the board!
Amy McKee serves as the Board Treasurer for Silver Linings Sober Living, bringing both professional expertise and deeply personal experience to her role. She is the Director of Operations for Arise Recovery Centers, a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) primary treatment program offering PHP, IOP, and SOP services across 13 locations throughout Texas.
Amy’s career in the recovery field spans multiple roles, including Operations, Case Management, Business Development, and Admissions. Across each position, she has remained committed to a core philosophy: treating the whole person, not just the addiction.
Her leadership is grounded in compassion, operational excellence, and a strong belief in long-term, sustainable recovery.
Her connection to this work extends beyond her professional life. As a mother, sister, ex-wife, and granddaughter of loved ones who have struggled with substance use disorder, Amy understands firsthand the complexities families face. One of her most defining experiences as a parent was making the difficult decision to set firm boundaries—choosing not to allow her daughter to return home after treatment. That decision ultimately led her daughter to sober living, where she was able to build a strong peer support system and begin repairing their relationship.
Amy’s blend of lived experience and professional dedication allows her to advocate authentically for individuals and families navigating recovery. Her work continues to reflect a deep commitment to healing, accountability, and the power of supportive community.
